By accessing this website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by BrasaBloom, 33 N Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. "We", "us" and "our" refer to BrasaBloom. "You" refers to the user or customer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to purchase from this site. Our products are intended for healthy adults.

3. Our products

BrasaBloom products are dietary supplements. Statements on this site describe traditional use and general wellbeing and have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Consult your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medication, or have a medical condition. Do not exceed the recommended serving. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if you experience an adverse reaction. If fluid retention persists, seek medical advice.

Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no content here replaces a consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.

4. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices, product descriptions and promotions may change at any time without notice.

We make every effort to display products and pricing accurately, but errors happen. We reserve the right to correct any error, and to refuse, limit or cancel any order — including orders placed at an incorrect price, orders that appear fraudulent, and orders that exceed reasonable quantity limits. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined unless we state otherwise, are valid only for the period stated, and have no cash value.

5. Subscriptions and recurring billing

Some of our products are available on a subscription. If you choose a subscription at checkout, the following applies.

What you are agreeing to. You authorise us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. The price, the billing frequency and the first billing date are shown to you at checkout before you confirm your order.

Billing. Your subscription renews automatically at the frequency you selected, at the price shown at signup, and each renewal ships the same product unless you tell us otherwise. Charges appear on your statement under the descriptor shown on your order confirmation.

Reminders. We email you before each renewal is charged, so you always know a shipment is coming and have time to change or stop it.

Changing or pausing. You can pause your subscription, push the next shipment back, or change your delivery date at any time from your account portal, or by emailing support@brasabloom.com.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time, in one click, from your account portal — or simply email support@brasabloom.com and we will do it for you. There is no phone call, no form and no cancellation fee. To avoid being charged for an upcoming renewal, cancel before the renewal date shown in your reminder email. We confirm every cancellation in writing.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may retry it over a short period and email you. If it cannot be collected, the subscription may be paused or cancelled.

Price changes. If we ever change the price of an active subscription, we will notify you by email in advance, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

6. Shipping, title and risk

Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Use of the site

You agree not to misuse this site: no attempting to gain unauthorised access, no interfering with its operation, no scraping or automated data collection, no using it for any unlawful purpose, and no reselling our products without our written permission.

All content on this site — including text, branding, logos, images, video, page design and copy — is the property of BrasaBloom or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use it without our prior written permission.

9. User content

If you submit a review, testimonial, photo, comment or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business, including in marketing. You confirm the content is yours to give and is accurate.

10. Third-party links and services

This site may link to or rely on third-party services, including payment processors and shipping carriers. We are not responsible for the content, policies or performance of third parties.

11. Assumption of risk

Dietary supplements affect people differently. You are responsible for reading the label, checking the ingredients against any allergies or medications you have, and using the product as directed. You use our products at your own risk.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrasaBloom, its officers, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to that claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold BrasaBloom harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or our products.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order. Changes take effect when posted.
